2.1.5.7)<\/strong> the User\u2019s name if it appears with other personal information relating to that User, or if the disclosure of their name on its own would reveal further personal information about that User;<\/p>

2.1.6)<\/strong> \u2018\u2019POPIA\u2019\u2019 means the Protection of Personal Information Act of 2013, including any regulations or codes of conduct promulgated under it;<\/p>

2.1.7)<\/strong> \u2018\u2019process\u201d or \u201cprocessing\u2019\u2019 means, in relation to personal information, any operation or activity or any set of operations, whether or not by automatic means, including:<\/p>

2.1.7.1)<\/strong> the collection, receipt, recording, organisation, collation, storage, updating or modification, retrieval, alteration, consultation or use of that information;<\/p>

2.1.7.2)<\/strong> dissemination by means of transmission, distribution or making available in any other form; or<\/p>

2.1.7.3)<\/strong> merging, linking, as well as restriction, degradation, erasure or destruction of that information;<\/p>

2.1.8)<\/strong> \u201cspecial personal information\u201d means the religious or philosophical beliefs, race or ethnic origin, trade union membership, political persuasion, health, sex life or any biometric information of a User; and may include criminal behaviour of a User to the extent such data relates to the alleged commission of the User of an offence or any proceedings in respect of any offence allegedly committed by a User or the disposal of such proceedings<\/p>

2.1.9)<\/strong> \u201cservices\u201d means the services provided to any User by THE COMPANY;<\/p>

2.1.10)<\/strong> \u2018\u2019User\u2019\u2019 means a visitor or user of this website or application, or any of the content or services associated with this website or application; and<\/p>

8.9)<\/strong> THE COMPANY shall be entitled to store the personal information of Users indefinitely unless the User objects thereto. 13.3.3)<\/strong> the operator shall establish and maintain adequate security measures which are the same or offer similar protection over the personal information as that employed by \u00a0THE COMPANY;<\/p>

13.3.4)<\/strong> the operator shall notify \u00a0THE COMPANY immediately where there are reasonable grounds to believe that any personal information has been leaked to or accessed by any unauthorised person;<\/p>

13.3.5)<\/strong> if the operator is situated in another country, it must comply with the data protection laws in that country and be able to provide verification that it is so compliant;<\/p>

13.3.6)<\/strong> if an operator is legally obliged to disclose any personal information processed by them on \u00a0THE COMPANY\u2019 behalf to other parties, it must notify \u00a0THE COMPANY beforehand to enable \u00a0THE COMPANY and\/or individual Users to protect their rights if necessary.<\/p>

13.4)<\/strong> THE COMPANY shall ensure that all personal information on its systems is properly backed-up and that back-up copies are stored separately from the live files.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
